Service Description

This class is suitable for dancers and athletes who wish to improve and/or maintain their foot and ankle strength and prefer a guided class to doing it alone. The class incorporates a broad ranges of exercises recommended by physical therapists in a structured rotation. Required props: - 1 yoga block - a chair - 1 exercise band (easy or moderate resistance) - 2 small balls with differing texture, size, & density. Ex: 1 tennis ball, 1 lacrosse ball Note: This class is not suitable for individuals who are not actively pursuing/engaging in dance or athletics. Ages 12+


Cancellation Policy

Cancellation, reschedule, and refund policy: You may cancel or reschedule up to 24hrs before to the start of the class. Classes that you cancel within the cancellation window (time of booking up to 24 hrs before the start of class) will be refunded. No refunds for late cancellations (under 24 hrs before the start of class). We do not pro-rate for arriving late or leaving early. Liability waiver: There are specific risks of physical, psychological, and/or property damages, losses, and/or injury and/or illness that may result from participation in dance classes. By registering for this class you agree to voluntarily assume the risks associated with participation and will not hold Studio Pas de Chat, it's teachers, staff or volunteers responsible.
